Buffalo meatball bites

Ingredients

  • 24 - Joeys 1 oz. Italian Meatballs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup Joeys Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 3 tbl. olive oil
  • blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
  • celery (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter. Mix butter and hot sauce in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Fry Joeys Italian Meatballs for 3-4 minutes or sauté in a skillet with olive oil until browned.
  3. Add meatballs to the hot sauce and stir until meatballs are thoroughly coated. Serve immediately with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery.
