Buffalo meatball bites
- 24 - Joeys 1 oz. Italian Meatballs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup Joeys Buffalo Hot Sauce
- 3 tbl. olive oil
- blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
- celery (optional)
- Melt butter. Mix butter and hot sauce in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Fry Joeys Italian Meatballs for 3-4 minutes or sauté in a skillet with olive oil until browned.
- Add meatballs to the hot sauce and stir until meatballs are thoroughly coated. Serve immediately with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery.
