Joey's Beef & Provolone Panini
Ingredients
- 2 slices of rustic panini bread sliced ½ thick
- ½ tbl. Butter (melted)
- 6oz Joeys Italian Beef
- 8oz Joeys beef gravy
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- 3 tbl. of Joeys Giardiniera (Hot or Mild)
- 6 ½ slices of sautéed sweet bell peppers
Instructions
- Pre-heat panini press to 400 degrees
- Heat 8oz beef gravy to 160 degrees.
- Add beef to gravy and submerge in gravy for 5min.
- Drain beef from gravy
- Layer beef on panini bread end to end
- Add sautéed peppers to beef
- Spread giardiniera evenly over entire sandwich
- Place top piece of bread on top and brush with butter
- Place ½ tbl. of butter evenly on bottom grill surface
- Grill entire sandwich for 4 min until nice golden brown and the cheese is melted
- Serve with side of giardiniera or warm marinara
